Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers

The Pennsylvania of REALTORS just released the 2008 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers.

The report  has some very interesting highlights:

 The median age of home buyers was 38 years old.  The median household income of home buyers in PA was $71,700.  66% of home buyers had no children under age 18 residing in the home.  59% on buyers were married couples, 18% single females, 11% males, and 9% were unmarried couples.
