Here is some information for the market place of North East Boro / Township and Greenfield.  A  combination of Sold listings for 2008 and current active (properties for sale) and pending (under contract) listings. 

This data is from the Greater Erie Board of REALTORS MLS.  This data is for single family residential dwellings.  I've broken it into areas.

How does your home compare?  Erie, contrary to many markets across the Country has fewer properties available than in past years.  For example in 2008 - 3,996 houses came on the market vs 2007 when  4,582 houses came on the market.  We, believe it or not, have a shortage.
